Can I Sync Workouts from Apple Watch?

Final Surge does not have our own Apple Watch app but there are multiple ways to get your Apple Watch workouts into Final Surge. Here are the various ways at this time:

1. The HealthFit app: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/healthfit/id1202650514?mt=8

This app will pull data directly from Apple Health on your phone and send the workouts directly to Final Surge.  HealthFit has a one time download fee of $3 but is free to use after that.  This is our recommended method of syncing your Apple Watch with Final Surge.

2. The Strava Apple Watch app: https://www.strava.com/apple-watch

If you use the Strava app on your Apple Watch, you can then sync your Strava account with Final Surge and Strava will send these workouts to our platform.

3. The iSmoothRun app: http://www.ismoothrun.com/

iSmoothRun turns your Apple Watch into a high-end fitness watch and allows you to not only sync completed workouts to Final Surge, but also download structured workouts from Final Surge onto your watch.  iSmoothRun supports pace, heart rate and power based workouts.  iSmoothRun charges a monthly fee to use their Pro features which includes structured workout syncing.

4. The RunGap app: http://www.rungap.com/

RunGap charges a monthly fee for syncing, but they connect with over 30 different platforms including the Apple Watch.

If you only need Apple Watch connectivity, HealthFit is probably the least expensive option. Strava is free, but you have to use their app on your watch.  iSmooth run is the only option if you would like to download structured workouts from Final Surge onto your watch.
