A. Only workouts you've completed using the Workout App on your Apple Watch will sync to Final Surge. If you have 3rd party apps on your watch such as Strava, Stryd, iSmoothRun, etc. and use those to record workouts, they will not be sent to Final Surge. You must log into those 3rd party apps and connect your Final Surge account directly through them in order to sync those completed workouts.

Q. I have an Apple Watch, so why isn't any activity data in Final Surge Vitals?
A. There could be a few reasons - please check the following:
1. You may not have set permission for Final Surge to read data from Apple Health, or previous permission may have been disabled. To check this, open the Apple Health app, and tap the Sharing icon > Apps & Services. Find the Final Surge App in the list and check that all the data categories you wish to sync are enabled.
2. Your Apple Watch may no longer be paired or set as your primary source for Active Energy in Apple Health. To check this, open the Apple Health app, scroll down, select 'Active Energy,' then scroll again and choose 'Data Sources & Access.' Then tap on the Apple Watch link. Ensure data is being recorded for the 'Active Energy' data type. If no data is being recorded, then the Privacy settings may be set off. Change the privacy setting to allow the activity data to be sent to the Apple Health app.
3. Please note that activity data will sync into your Final Surge diary for the past 30 days only if you enable this in the Final Surge app after you enable HealthKit permissions.
